need sig to match

    my bday is comming soon. id like a sig to match this avi. i like the bright red & yellow background w/ the confetti. i would like the sig to say 'Party' on it preferably animated text but it doesnt have to. plz put neopets images on it. it doesnt matter wat pets u use as long as its not faeries. thank u. + rep to all who make 1. i need it done by the 27th.
