I'm asking this for my cousin. He's 15 years old but he made a mistake during registration, so now his account is under the age of 13. He cannot use the boards, neofriends, and neomails... Should he send the parent consent form anyway saying that he's actually 15? ( he knows the month and day for the birthday but he forgot the year )
Yep, theres no other way to do it. You might be able to get his parents to write on the form that he didnt put the right birthday and his actual birthday is XX/XX/XX. If they don't change the birthday they "should" give him authorisation to the boards etc
yeah im with you too_old..making a new account would be loads easier..unless your accounts over 4 months then you might have to do the consent form..its not much to worry about though if you want to do something you can..if you want access to the boards tomorow..make a new account
Making a new account is, of course, the easiest way, but doing the parent consent form works, as well. I don't know if they'll change your birthday if you say you had the wrong birthdate, but I remember that when I was 11 or 12 I had my parents sign the form and mail it in, and I got full access to the entire site.
