Something should definitely be done legally. Surely that is classed as a form of child abuse and the guy should be prosecuted?

*sigh* It's people like him who give a bad reputation for marijuana.

I am a firm believer that marijuana should be legalized, it is a recreational drug which does just as much harm as cigarettes does to people. If one wants to smoke it, then he should have the right to--granted he does not do so in a way that is harmful to others.

So yes, I believe that the uncle should be punished legally, however, not for smoking pot, but rather, by providing to minors.

You do have a point. The only reason people who do drugs start with marijiuana is because it is illegal. NO i am not a pot head but pot does really affect your mind maybe you could only use it at your house but that guy should be in jail

The effects of pot are not that much different than alcohol...the difference is pot is not truly understood. I believe that pot should be legalized. I think there's a large group of people that smoke pot to be rebels. People won't just start smoking pot because it's legal.

I think pot should be legalized as well but with the same sort of restrictions that we have on alcohol or cigarettes. Giving it to children like that is just ridiculously stupid and negligent.

Maybe the uncle got bored of getting his pets stoned and moved on to his infant nephews. This isn't a debate on weed, but i can see the bad and the good points of weed (seeing as how i smoked everyday for a year and a bit)

I saw it. Personally I think its nothing to be proud of, a child that can't even speak properly learning how to smoke marijuana. Thats the age when kids learn stuff best, and he's gonna have a bad time kicking the habit.

i agree its stupidity like that, that makes others look like crap.
i myself smoke, but would never ever do that.
i strongly believe it should be legalized. its not a war on drugs its a war on freedom, freedom of choice.
and the annoying thing is the media only shows the bad things. making it look bad, but what they dont show is how helpfull it can be to people.
people who suffer from chronic pains and such.
im not saying legalize it so everyone can get high, im saying legalize it simply because it can be used as medication.
all medication comes from plants, but they would rather put it into a pill that give serious side effects than let us grow the plant ourselfs.
where i grew up people where very poor and we couldnt afford medication, but yet we went out got plants and made our own, and to this day we still do, all because we strongly belive that pills and such are a load of crap.

imagine there was a universal time and at 4:20 everyone lit up, everyone except kids, the world would practicly stand still, and it would be peace for that time.

cigaretts and alcohol were ilegal, and now they arent, but only bacause its beeing controlled.
marijuana has beed ilegal for less that 80 years, and history shows that it was used in religion and medication for 1000s of years.
the goverment simply want us to remain batteries so they legaliize what makes us do that, and make ilegal what makes us realise it.

if you are interested on the subject mon legalizing marijuana please watch this clip it is quite long but worth watching.

Saying that marijuana should be legalised because "it does no more harm than cigarettes or alcohol" is a ridiculous argument. The fact is, if alcohol and cigarettes were produced for the first time today, knowing all we know about them, they would be illegal too. Just beecause society has made wrong choices in the past with regards to making harmful things legal, doesn't mean that it has to continue the trend. It has also been proven in many clinical studies that marijuana increases the risk of mental illness as it interferes with the brain in a more aggressive way than alcohol. It is also shown to lead to harder drug use in many people. I have first hand experience of both of these situations, having watched a family member competely ruin their life and end up in prison through this kind of attitude.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not a saint, I don't abstain from drinking, etc. I'm just saying that our society's mentality makes no sense.

And by saying tobacco and alcohol shouldn't be legal, I'm not saying it should be made illegal now. I'm just saying that if everything had been known about it in the first place, it wouldn't have become as ingrained into society as it is now and we wouldn't be experiencing many of the problems we are.

Yeah, it's near impossible to quit, even rehab doesn't really have long term effects. I almost feel bad for the guy, he must be really sick to endanger the heath of kids.
