    hmmmm, how to get it? seems to be randomly obtainable by discarding junk via quick stock.

    AND there is a free Valentine Goodie Bag in NC Mall :D

    There has been a correction actually. It looks like it is randomly awarded when quick stock discarding any item (though the item part has yet to be confirmed).

    I've heard most people say it's obtained from discarding 5k+
    Some people have discarded way more and still no avatar
