    I believe you need to have 50+ different Usuki items in your Inventory and the Avatar should be granted :)

    Yes, that is the requirement for the new avatar. If you're having trouble finding 50 unique usuki items you can check the Trading Post. They are flooded with lots full of Usuki items.

    I was lucky and had someone lend me for the avatar. XD
    I never used it after that, but it is pretty cute. I like the little red heart.
