It would be cool if there was an award for people who do a lot of giveaways, kind of like the trader award but for giveaways, could be like 10 or 20 giveaways may entice people in doing more giveaways if they know they can get another award for it this can be an addition to the giveaway leader award, or it can overtake it
Yeah I like the idea, I'd probably do more give aways if there was another award or something to go with it, should be implemented
i usually do my giveaways to get rid of the HTS im too lazy to sell but it would be nice if there was an added incentive im collecting awards
I personally like the idea but I don't find it useful. People don't do giveaways because there are not so many online people lately. XD
I think that'd be a great idea. But I think Fasty's right.. not enough active people on. Unless they changed the requirements to win a giveaway, as in the active period/post count, etc.
ya id like if they changed it so that person has to be active in last 3 days but allow the user doing the giveaway to choose minimum post count, although keep a minimum at 50, but allow people to make it higher if they want
Yea I guess it would depend on what they were giving away and such. The more active thing I think is a really good idea though. I'm thinking of doing a giveaway but with the amount of giveaways not claimed lately it's making me not want to worry about it XD
If you were ever going to chance something with the giveaway award, the only thing would be to change the number of times required, you need x amount of times instead of 1.
I'm only going to start doing Giveaways now.. but the idea sounds good Means I'll have something else to work for Also, as a giveaway leader (not that I've done one yet.. about to do one though ) We do have the right to determine the post count... It's 50 my default, but it lets me change it if I want? Going to start with a small give away me thinks... EDIT: No I can't change that option Nevermind me.. Its a trick
Exactly! That's a great way to put it. They could make it like the Expert Trader award and once someone has run 10 giveaways then they'd get it.
That would be pretty cool. I know I would do some giveaways without such reward, but I think it might bring some other people to do it as well!
I agree with that. People spend a lot of time compiling items and money and sometimes it can be hard to part with that so to spur a little enthusiasm for the giveaway would be cool Please do not double/triple post TYVM and just thought I would post that it still works (April 7th) Also I thought I would mention that this is one of those items that if you just put it into your SDB it will grow in value over time.
