New Plot? Or is Lutari Island opening to ALL of Neopia?

When i logged onto Jellyneo I noticed this....

Last weekend it was noticed that the description of Lutari Island may have changed:

A mysterious island floats around the oceans of Neopia. It's never in the same place twice, which makes it quite difficult to track, and all the more intriguing.

NOW READING: The mysterious island of Lutari is currently being pummeled by an unusually large storm! Between the whirlpools, water spouts and lightning it has been advised that no Neopets are allowed to visit its shores. Even the sea life seems to be staying away...

Lutari Island is accessed by Neo Mobile, however as of June/30/09 it would no longer be useable. OR by having ALL the Lutari beads on your talisman.


So with that what are your opinions?? A new plot brewing or is TNT just opening up Lutari Island to all of us??

I think (and hope) that its a new plot. I dont think tnt would just OPEN lutari island to all of us. Ppl with the beads or who payed for Neomobile wouldnt be to happy if TNT didnt make it worth their while. Not to mention a NEW PLOT is long due and awaited by thousands. . .

Thoughts??

PLEASE NOT A PLOT/WAR. I don't have a decent pet for battle.
So what would it mean? That we can create Lutari like you do on mobile?
Either way, the description doesn't sound like it's all that "peaceful".

Being opened to the public would be nice.. us canadians are excluded from so much on Neo as it is

Hopefully if it is a plot, they wait until my account gets unfrozen lol. that would be horrible to miss the plot

well, itd certainly be nice if TNT would stop being so lazy and concerning themselves with ppl like all of us and did something fun like a plot lol

I'm pretty convinced that it's a new plot. I simply don't think that TNT would change something totally randomly. If it is a new plot though, that's extremely unfortunate because I just started over on Neopets a couple days ago and I don't have a pet with good stats or any money to buy weapons with.

 

I certainly hope so! I would play neopets again just for the lutari island plot! I love plots!

 

It's kind of strange, I've never ever been in a plot. I'm always iced when they come around. One thing I'm interested in though is that I read that TNT is planning on changing the formal of plots, moving the focus a little away from battling so that it's fair to other players.

Go look in the recent editorials.

Which makes sence, I guess.
It does give Bders something to look forward to though and really isnt fair. Theres not much out there for them except other Bders.. o_0

Ive done quite a few plots, however i missed the most importent ones...
Mystery Island plot,Darigan vs. Meridell war,(meridell avie) Lost desert plot

Mostly mystery island plot because of those dream avies i want *cry* *sniff sniff*
Volcano Faerie,Free Jhuidah! and I Saved Mystery Island

 

I think it's fine for B.Ders to be the ones getting prizes and winning plots. It just shows that you need to train your pet, which is a good thing. If someone has a bad BD pet, it's their fault only.
