There are two ways to get neopoints, obviously. One is to cheat, and the other is to play legibly which is quite hard. Cheats of course can get you iced {or account ban in other words}. There's lots you can do on neopets. As of paint brush, you just buy them off other people or roll fruit machine or whatever. I don't know how to answer you too well because your question is kind of vague. There are A LOT of ways to earn NPs and more than one way to get paint brushes.

you might want to read all the rules before you start posting the rules are very important... as for neopets you should play alittle and get a feel of the land....
