NF banned members list

    I am confused. I checked it out of curiosity and see active members marked as permanently banned list .. at least one on more than one occassion. This has me perplexed. I am thinking I understand but am not sure. Is this a running joke between moderators and long time members? But figured I would ask just to be sure. :)

    There was a whole mod thing going on April 1st-ish...there are lots of little snaffus kicking around that you will find...its quite amusing...it was part of an April fool's joke
