    Neopets is not allowed to be a happy place, despite all the jokes and the pretty colours.

    They refuse to even allow you to smile in your NeoBoard posts.

    What's the deal with that?! o_O

    It worked yesterday for a few mins 2 days ago. I saw someone post a smiley and I tried it. Then it stoped working. ):
