    Huh? The pet you adopt can't be above level three. I don't understand what you mean here.

    No, it cannot be a level 3. It has to be either a level 1 or a level 2

    wait, on neopets?

    so even with the 4 month rule, you can still adopt a coloured pet thats lv1 or lv 2?
