did you get froze on the AB account? if you did it was a chain ice it means all the people that had logged onto neo on that computer were frozen sorry

Seriously, it's like once you've been frozen, you're blacklisted. A couple of my accounts got frozen because "this account was one of many being used by the same user to earn Neopoints and items." Umm...never used any of them for anything... :roll: they're ridiculous.
It's like they let you dangle, and then when you finally think you're safe, and you have some neopoints, they cut the rope.
