It's constructable but I don't like the car.

    Graphic : 9,8/10
    Style : 9/10
    Objective assessment : 7/10

becuz the grass and the pattern in it is kinda queer and Sims looking.

I come from a land down under! (Maaaate!)
I love the front porch area, looks good.

There are some very small things that I'm not to keen on. I mean, its not that they're bad but they're just not "me". Along the right side of the building, you have a few white bricks? sticking out. Stop two look like they stick out, the bottom two look flat to the rendering. I don't know what about it I don't like, but maybe its just that optical illusion that looks odd and makes me not like it. (sorry, not really a good explanation!)

Overall though, I love it. I'd gladly live in a house that looked like that, and gladly allow you to design my house.

I like the simple yet modern look of the garden, however I still would probably have a few trees/pot plants (like the ones in the train station) just to give it some life.

Car = win. I'll take one of those too ;)

So, overall, it has my vote. I love it. Big fan!

You definitely have have the skills to turn this into a career, and make yourself some decent cash!!

(do you do landscaping? Can I send you photo's of my yard, and let you redesign it ;))

That looks pretty sweet. I would try to make my houses look bomb on there, but they always ended up being giant squares. lol.
