    I just wish I had something bad to say about the house... But I don't. I like every bit of this house.

    I'm looking at the verandah and wondering what size beams you'll be using to support that overhang... but apart from that :p

    Oh and DOUBLE GARAGE FOR ME PLEASE!

    I don't suppose you do floor plans as well?

    Yeah I love modern.. Me and my partner are looking at building a house next. Instead of spending money on this one that we purchased... And we both like the modern look ;)

    I am 22 - Bought a house when I was 20. Wanted to get into market early ;) My job... Well thats a secret ;)

    Awesome design. My only suggestions would be maybe wood instead of the light bricks, a different color instead of the granite/brown (maybe light blue?), and something different with the windows on the right side. Let me know what you think.

    But seriously though, awesome work, very modern look to it. Would love to live in a house like that. Can I ask you if this is a career, or just a hobby for you, cause I've seen some of your other models and they're all very well done.

    Haha, this one is awesome too! It reminds me a lot of the models we made in art class for our Art Deco projects. I don't know if that was the distinct style you were going for, but it looks quite similar. :)

    actually im studying architecture. and im on 4th year now by making this stuff i actually explore to the world of designing ,planning and rendering that increases my experience on architecture...

    @tofurky :D thx for the suggestion and ideas.. ill keep those thanks a lot :D

    actually this design is for an architectural office :D
    forward on make and im tryin best to be skilled on v-ray software. :D sorry for my bad in english..
    and i really dint expect you love this one ..i just rendered this old modern stuff
