Ok not sure if this is the right section to ask this but I can't seem to do much with my pay pal account for the simple fact that I don't have a credit card to verify my account. I have been able to buy things online sometimes but most times when clicking the pay pal button i need to verify my account and I can't. So my question is (take note I live in Canada if that makes a difference) Is there a way to verify or go around this issue?

I'd recommend just getting a credit card. It makes it a lot easier...

If you have a chequing account, you can do that. I recently made a paypal and ebay account. It's really easy to set up. Otherwise, you won't be able to do anything. You need credit card or chequing account.

I have it set with a chequing account but when i try to use it with ebay or get neopets premium that pay pal asks me for a credit card. I even canceled my account in the past and created a new one and still no luck with it what so ever.

Did you verify the bank account? You have to do that first. Go to your bank website and look for TWO small deposits from ebay. Then enter those amounts in on paypal and voilà! There you go.

PS I'm in Canada, so you should be able to do it too... It just takes more time, that's all.

works fine for me yes too the point is when it comes to signing up for neopets premium or ebay stuff like that, pay pal wants me to add credit card info. I will just earn some cash some how and get the online visa thingy that I just learned about hopefully if all goes well that will work.
