    Is it true that petpet does a little damage in battleome while you're battling?
    What else does petpet do? Why should you level it up?

    No, that was a long time ago when we could use petpets to do more damage :p
    You level up a petpet for the petpet arena which can be found here: http://www.neopets.com/games/petpet_battle/index.phtml
    Basically, the reason we level up a petpet is the same reason we play neopets....for fun ;)

    My petpet is level 5 but I just don't know what to do with it, you can't even " brag " about it on your pet page.

    I miss the days when petpets helped out in battle, it was funny and cute how they helped in bd..
    anyway, levelling petpets is only useful for the petpet battledome... petpets can catch petpetpets which can sell for good np. other than those i dont know what else petpets are good for :)

    Wow! They did increase damage in battle before? I always thought it was a junk cute pet aide. :kiss:

    Petpets are also good for avatars, dont forget that!! and for visiting the symol hole... which I havent gotten anything for..but could.

    oh yeah, but have anyone got anything from the Symol Hole?
    for avatars, you don't have to own them, you just have to visit them.

    I have a darigan buzzer and a pirate ghoskerchief, but I don't hink it's worth it:(

    actually many avatars require petpets:
    the snowbunny avatar, the meowclops avvy, angelpus avvy, slorg avvy, turmaculus avvy, drackonack avvy, mazzew avvy, gruslen avvy, harris avvy, snickebeast avvy, huggy avvy, mootix avvy (petpetpets require petpets), jetsam Chomp avvy.. there could be more but those are the only ones i know

    and the symol hole gives petpet levels .. just not very often.. actually pretty scarce. ive only gotten levels twice, but then again i dont visit it often.
