if you are having it hosted on photobucket, then just copy the third code down from the image and paste it it into the post. i hope i helped!
I'm not sure what you mean. Do you mean putting text in pictures? Then you can simply use paint and the text tool or you can use photoshop and do the same thing. Edited : Oh you meant placing sigs, yeah, like what he said, host it somewhere like imageshack and copy the code.
