how can I get one? I can't buy it because I don't know where I can :S

 

go look on the trading post there are some available... but there not really usefull because the job payout is almost the same as the price for the coupon.

they were givin out as a random event ages ago. they r no longer availble. if u still want 1, look ataunctions, user shops ect. you'll be lucky, most of them are gone :-(
