Point Refund?

    A little while ago [two weeks or so] I bought an Ichumon ABer for 20 points, being the idiot I am, I thought it was just a fancy name for a Neopets ABer [you know, like "edge ABer", etc] as I didn't even know what Ichumon was. I don't ever plan to use this ABer as I don't play Ichumon, and I was wondering if it's possible to contact someone for a refund of the points?
