post office question

    No, coins are bought at their own shop.
    It's in the Art centre in Neopia Central, next to the rainbow pool.
    The coin shop is the building on the lower right.

    seashells are bought in maraqua.

    evil coconuts are won in the coconut shy game at Haunted Fairgrounds
