    I haven't really been involved with any neopet forums since slopdog.
    Are there Premium members that get special privileges?

    If so, what does it cost, an what are the special privileges?

    If you reach Level V, you get free access to all programs as well as a few extra privileges around the forum.

    Ahh ... I do not know all that is only one, when you're premium has the freedom to distribute invitations to be premium too, and if you can send more invitations, may even win a brush baby!
