do you have another e-mail that you use for neopets. i don't know what could have happened but could it be someone hacked your acount and change the settings?
Yes, it sounds as though someone may have gained access to your account, unfortunately . There's not much you can do, other than report it to TNT. It's pretty hit and miss whether you'll get any help from them though. Is there anyway someone could have gotten your password? Have you clicked any links on the Neopets boards or visited any sites that someone on Neopets has directed you to? How long have you waited for the email to come through though? Sometimes they can take up to a couple of hours.
...You shouldnt waste ur time on that account anymore....Create a new account while figuring out this problem. Thats the best advice i can give you
