I've got a problem with my utorrent.. I've started downloading a movie using my friends wi-fi connection and it was all OK (downloaded ~50%). Then I've came to my library, connected there and utorrent downloaded another 50%. And now when I try to start new download, it doesn't start.. Any suggestions? :(

Could you be more clear cant understand....

But if you are saying that you could'nt download torrents in your library then P2P might have been blocked...

Is the file you're trying to download has enough seeders(uploaders)...If not you cannot download the file...Is the tracker updating(or have you downloaded a file that requires registration with a private torrent site??)

Why use a proxy, the chances of getting into trouble for downloading are slim to none
