Downloads now give 15% cash back to the author every time someone buys the download. Note, this also means that you may NOT submit downloads that you have not made yourself.
what about the downloads that are 1 point? do they just get 1 cash for every time they are downloaded?
What about when level 5's download a program? Does a programmer get the point when a user presses the "buy download" button...or when the download is added to someone's program list (or is that basically the same thing?)?

I'm not sure how it rounds. My guess would be that it rounds down (aka truncates), but I'm not 100% sure. Someone could test this for me? Otherwise I'd have to go look through the code :lol: Ermmm... Test this for me too? But yeah, I'm not sure... How about mods just give Level Vs the forum cash needed for each program instead of adding the program to their program list?
Alot of downloads aren't uploaded by members of the programming team. Additionally, programmers only get 50% off, not 100%. [EDIT] Tested out. downloads.php?d=270 Adding to my program list doesn't change my forum cash at all, though the download count increases. Adding to Mooie's doesn't change my forum cash either, But the downloads count works.
Does this mean that I get all the cash from 15% of all the purchases already done? If so: OMFG SWEET!
no...15% from now on.. level Vs...can't buy programs when they go to any program's page...they just see the download button...no buy button
back when I was level V (or rather level 3)...there was no download button D: I guess something changed?
pretty sure it has (but this was like 2 years ago XD) back then...i always had to bother a mod to add programs to my list only if they had an auth on it (otherwise i didn't need to...just download)
