Im wondering why Programs like Igloo ABer and other Abers(well I don't know if other Abers have this or not because I only have Igloo) But why don't they have it so that on the refresh rate you could set it to like 4-7 seconds....So like it would pick random time between there bu twould even dolike 5.476 seconds and what not so that it wasn't exact seconds....Wouldn't this make it much more realistic?

It does, it would pick a random number between 4 and 7 like 6.443 then maybe 4.285 and so on.

yeah it makes it more realistic cuase a human wouldnt click refresh every 5 seconds exactly so it does different amounts each time

How come there is only one slot to input your refresh rate time? It only gives you Refresh ever X seconds...Not like a Refresh ever X-X seconds...Or does it just do like if you input 5 as the refresh time it does anything from 5.00-5.99?

Your connection will vary because of "lag" anyway depending on your ISP and NP's. In fact it would be almost impossible to have the exact same refresh rate. I'd say you'd be 5 seconds +/- 125 ms anyway without having a variable rate.

I think they are looking more for the number of refreshes... ie letting you aber run for hours on end.

Yeah this would be a good addon to a program probablty drop freeze rates by 20% :D
