Programs keep saying i'm not authorized to use them..?

I've used the USAB 3.7 for quite some time now, but i've recently started using a different computer due to mine not working.
It keeps saying i'm not authorized to use the program, sooo i bought a different usab today. maps, i believe.
still says the same thing. D;
why is this ?
the usab 3.7 used to work just fine. i've downloaded the framework and all that but it's still not working.
any idea why?

 

it may be your antivirus software.. the au was doing the same thing to me untill i took it off.

 

download the newer version.

 

Usually, it's a firewall problem.
If you have a router, there's one there, there's one in windows and your anti-virus (ie: McAfee) may have one too.
