Proxies Trouble

    Well I finally downloaded the igloo autobuyer and all the required files, now all I need is to make the damn proxies work. But I CAN'T.

    I go to FoxyProxy, go to "add new proxy", copy paste whatever I found in http://www.hidemyass.com/proxy-list/ and then my internet just STOPS working. I've tried 6 different proxies, and haven't been able to surf websites of any of them :(

    Could someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?

    Why are you using a proxy for igloo ABing? There's like a 0.00001% freeze rate, and they'll only chain ice you, not IP ban. And that's if you're doing it on like 20 accounts at once :p



    Anyway, I don't know what FoxyProxy is, but if you put the proxy into your browser it will generally work. Maybe try it with IE7?
    And another thing is that a bunch of them don't work. So keep trying :)

    So I can log onto an Igloo account on the same IP as my main, and as long as I don't act too retarded, everything should be fine? :3

    You could even AB on your main with such a low freeze rate. It'd look more legitimate, too, because you'd have more avatars/trophies/nicer pets, etc.

    There's a chance they'd pin you for multi-ing if you were on a side on the same IP, however.

    Thanks for the advice mate.

    I'll try using a side account other than my main, but not at the same time!

    Although I'm willing to bet you 10 bucks that I'll get frozen (0.0001% = 99% with my luck in these kind of things). XD

    That's what I used to tell myself.

    But it really isn't :p you seem to feel A LOT more lucky when you log on and you see that after two months of ABing, your account is still there XD

    Oh, one last question:

    Can I be logged on to my main, and still set the autobuyer program to use my Side?

    You can, but you can't be browsing on your side while the program is running.

    And there's a chance you'll be iced for multi-ing if they care.

    So as long as I don't go browsing the site, it should be ok? Cool! :D

    And my "side" was created on my friends computer (different IP), so is there a chance they'll be a little less suspicious about multi-ing? As far as they're concerned, he's sleeping over at my place and playing his account or something :p

    If you log in and start browsing the site on the same account, the program will be logged out..

    and I reckon it'd be fine if you just put something on your lookup saying 'my brother plays on the same computer, but we do not share anything, etc'.
