    A proxy is basically something that hides your real IP address from others, so they cant identify you. I'd recommend first reading that guide, and then downloading HideIP Platinum with a keygen from any bittorrent search engine. Its pretty easy to use, and works great.

    Or, you could just change the internet settings...
    And then suffer severe lag when surfing the interwebz. xD;;
