What's the general assessment of TNT's proxy-detecting ability? Let me say at this point that I'm not looking for a completely out-of-left-field "I think/don't think..." from someone who has no idea one way or the other. I'm looking for input from people who have used proxies and can say they have been frozen/not frozen using proxies of x-level of anonymity. I ask because I'm just trying to get my career in ABing underway and so far finding truly high-anonymity proxies isn't going well. I've found a lot of free proxy lists online that all say they're anonymous but almost all end up being rated as transparent when I put them to the test. So I guess I want to know if those "not-so-useful yet not transparent" rated proxies will work well enough.
I never had any luck with free proxies, so I can't comment much on those. I know some people that use hidemyass.com and have had some success, but I can't imagine it's completly reliable. I purchased Hide My IP a while back, and it worked. I was able to avoid chain icings, as well get around all those pesky IP block thingies.
Using free proxys is not the best of ideas these days, most of them are been hunted down by the tnt very quickly, and because everyone is using the same limited proxys, you could end up chain frozen because of someone sles doings
I saw that when I was hunting around and I thought it looked good.... I'll use it on your recommendation. Thanks Ahah, yeah.... I hadn't thought of that but now that you say it, I don't want any part of that.
I used a forum that posted new proxys daily, but I recently reformatted my comp and my data backups failed miserably. I'll try and scan through a few emails to see if I can find teh registration and I'll get back to you.
Hmm just some question. If I were to purchase the full edition of HidemyIP, could I use that on ABers too? For example, in the acheteur ultime you have to give the iport, right? Would it be possible to do that in an easy and quick way with hidemyip? Or is it for browsers only?
The proxy site I used is http://www.dcsproxy.com/index.php. You have to register with the forum, but they post a range of daily proxies.
Well usually you can kind of say that you are safe after two weeks Just write in the I've gotten iced thread if so and I'll know
You could try www.samair.com for proxies and use FoxyProxy to integrate them into firefox. Another great method would be to use Tor, removes the trouble of having to update/find new proxies everyday.
Ive done a little trial and error but free proxies can be bad yes but sometimes you can luck into pretty good ones I have been using one for like a month or so now for an account and haven't been iced yet! but then there was another account which 20 minutes after I created was ip banned so trial and error is the way I shal be going for now I guess!
