Proxy Switcher Program?

I'm in need of a new proxy program, a program that allows me to upload a proxy and use it as a connection, the one that I was using before went on the fritz and doesn't seems to be working anymore, doesn't even check to see if the proxies are valid anymore, nonetheless, I need a new one for my services forum, anyone know of a good working one?

 

That would be helpful, especially with a proxy program like an account generator

 

I know they exist, just can't be bothered to search for one and end up getting a virus or what not.

Aw I'd want something that will be free period, the one I had working was free until it randomly stopped working, I just asked lightning which one he uses hopefully he'll get back to me tomorrow.

 

Hopefully he will, i need a proxy program stat, coz im ip banned
