anyone have a psp and can create a background

 

I dont have any psps,but If you want, send me the dimensions and Ill make a background for you

ôwo oh, i tought the console; :/ but, i had psp too. You can make a bg using brushes & textures

 

You make background in Paint Shop just like you would with Photoshop.

People really love/over use the Blinds effect. Its a quick easy way to make something look good to the general public.

 

I have a PSP, so if you want to customize your BG, what you do is to downgrade to firmware 1.50 and download the mod of the custom backgrounds. (googleing helps)
