Im a pretty active buyer and seller on this site and have noticed a few things that buyers and sellers should know the first time they buy and sell. Please feel free to give me ur input as Ive only traded 11 times and know some of you have traded more and probably know more.
    ILLEGIT:

    Purchasing:
-Try to complete any transactions involving big money over the weekend. Make sure to recieve the neopoints or items on a proxied side, allow a week or so for these items to 'clear' before you send them to your main or w/e. If you have bought an account, make sure you ask the seller about the IP its coming from, for example: if you buy a legit account and then as soon as its sold, the seller immediately starts autobuying on that IP, when he gets iced, so will you. Also be sure that your IP isnt corrupted and your not dooming the account you just bought to get chain iced along with your other accounts. (this obviously is not the case when it comes to Aber shells).
-When the items have 'cleared' and are deemed safe for transfer, refer to my transfer guide viewtopic.php?f=22&t=17183 to transfer them into your main safely.

    Selling:
-I would suggest that you sell neopoints to people like SoC who forward them on to other sellers and do not care at all about freeze rate. Although you might not get top dollar, you are selling your VIRTUAL GAME POINTS for ACTUAL MONEY, so really anything is a sick deal. SoC will take ur abed super hot illegit as they come nps no matter what, but if you sell to users who intend to use the neopoints themselves, although you might get 10$ more, you'll have to deal with a complaint or a refund when the buyer loses all of their money to icage.

    LEGIT:

    Purchasing:
when purchasing legit points, it is assumed that you have a legit account. Why else would you want to spend extra? ... Adding to that, I suggest people who play legitly should buy legit points and people who play illegitly should buy illegit points. So basically you want the transaction to look as legit as possible, hey thats why you pay the big bux. Ways to do this include:
    1. Selling an item worth btw 100k-1m for the difference of how much you paid, Example: you buy 5m neopoints. You have a HTS item that duzent have a definate price on the TP, and sell it for 5m in auction... Im guessing if ur dealing with millions of nps you arent gonna be stingy about a few 100k to stay safe.
    2. Pretending that the seller is donating to you gallery:
As the seller, you should NM the buyer and say heres this item that you wanted in your gallery, and give them an ETS tower item for pure, or an item if they actually did need it for ther gallery... (This is all assuming that you have an actually nice legit acct with a gallery or something.)

    Selling:
As I explaining in the Purchasing section, you wanna keep this transaction looking legit. So just toss in anything you might think you would be doing if this was just an everyday legit trade or purchase.

    Avoiding sellers that dont care:

Some sellers just dont really care what happens once they have their money. This doesn't make them a bad person, they just wanna get rid of ther stuff and get their money and then the rest is your problem. You can obviously tell who is a good seller by the good traders list, but also, nm the seller b4 u buy ther neopoints or items or accts... Do the research. I always ask sellers and buyers general questions to determine the stability of their IP and the safety of what I am about to buy... This is common sense and doesnt need to be fully explained. Also ask a buyer what he plans to do with it and if he cares about the safety of the points. As I explained above, SoC is a great trader as he will take nps no matter how hot or Abed they are.

This final guide now COMPLETES the cycle of guides I was writing:

You start with the autobuying guide viewtopic.php?f=22&t=16695 to get the neopoints, then you follow this guide to sell em, then you and your buyer follow the my transferring guide viewtopic.php?f=22&t=17183 to safely transfer the items. Ive got you guys completely covered on all aspects! This is exactly what I do if you havnt figured it out already, you now know ALL of my secrets! :p

    GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!
