Thats such a general question. If you're cheating - it wont take long. If you're not, it depends on your persistance.
There are lots of guides for Neopets and lots of games you can play to make Neopoints. Try reading around some of the other boards and other threads and you will more likely than not, find what you are lookin for.
There are loads of ways of making neopoints. If you cheat, it will make making np faster, but of course there are consequences which can lead to getting your account iced. If you decide to go legit, I don't think this is the place for you. Search around the forums and you'll find out different ways of making np
what a vague question. no one in here can answer that. it depends how often you play, what you do when you do play, and countless other things.
