Hi I am a huge stamp collector on neopets, I was always wondering, how people are able to get rare and retired stamps? Are there any games/quests to get them? Thanks
To get them now, you'd buy them off people who do have them. These people obtained them through old site events from year ago, such as sponsor offers and plots. There used to be a few sponsor offers that gave out tyrannian stamps a few years ago. People who collected the stamps and held onto them now can sell them at a massively inflated price. I once had an omelette stamp from a sponsor offer that I sold for 100k. I think it's worth quite a few mill now. =x
