REALLY Strange Problem

    I can't log into ANY of my neopets accounts, I'm not frozen or anything, they're still active.

    I type the username, and it is valid (so far so good), then I go and type in the password. And it tells me the password is incorrect, but this is 1000000% the password I set. I tried to do this in all 3 of my different accounts, and each time the password was invalid, not only that, the autobuyer 4.5 doesn't seem to log into any of them either.

    I managed to log into my main, because I told firefox to remember the password for it, and I immidietly went to change my password for that account.

    Then I tried logging into that account with the NEW password, AND IT STILL DIDN'T WORK.

    And even the autobuy won't log into it.

    WHAT
    THE
    HELL?


    Please help me o_O

    I just opened a new account, and this time all the passwords worked...but what the hell is up with the rest of my accounts?

    I'd either say IP banned or your passwords have been changed

    Request new passwods via email and try them?

    A. I'm not IP banned, I'm sure, because I managed to open another account.

    B. But I told you, I managed to get into my main (because firefox was "remembering my password") and I CHANGED it. And now I can't log in with the NEW one.

    C. I forgot the email I signed my main on ^ ^

    Only thing I can suggest is finding someone you trust and who DOES NOT PLAY neo to log in using your details
    Then you will know if it's either
    A) Your pc settings/IP/ISP/Config etc
    B) Your username/password

    And then you can start fixing it depending whether it's A or B :)

    The thing is, I logged in YESTERDAY. I woke up this morning and everything was all cake up. I didn't do ANYTHING to my computer.

    And I'm a little more stressed now because I changed the password on my main, and now theres a chance even Firefox won't remember it, in which case I'm TRULY caked.

    I also submitted a Support request for TnT, which now I'm realizing, is a little stupid since I've kinda been using multiple accounts and using Igloo Autobuyer...ah well, I'm caked XD

    Are you running any scripts or anything like autohotkey? Or maybe Numlock or something isn't on when your trying to type the numbers on the number pad. If firefox logs you in, chances are theres not anything wrong. You must be doing something wrong when your typing it in

    Megiddo, you're probably right.

    I just managed to log into my main after Firefox remembered my password, but when I tried typing it, it didn't work.

    But when I type my passwords and stuff I don't use the num pad, i use the one about all the letters.
    I got NO idea what I'm doing wrong (I can type my passwords normally on a word document or something...).

    Oh and this is kind of ironic because I managed to get my main working AFTER I sent TNT a support request thingy, which was right after I opened another account to see if IT would work. I'm probably gonna get Frozen :(

    So Firefox remembers the password you type in, but it still doesnt let you log in? But it lets you log in if the password comes from firefox remembering the password?
