Well today is red nose day. :) For those who don't know what it is read here: http://www.rednoseday.com/
It is all about raising money to help the less fortunate in Africa and the more disadvantaged people and communities in the UK. (It's on telly now for those living in the UK on BBC 1.) Today, at school we had several things going on to raise money such as cake stalls, sweets sells, sponsered silence etc. Nearly everyone took part in non unfiorm day which cost 50p. Some of my friends and I wore pjyamas. Did any of you do anything for red nose day. I suppose its just for those living in the UK.

I know...the show is quite boring...I bought 3 red noses, one at £1, then 50p then 35p. I did a sponsered silence for 1 hour and raised £15. :)

Mods are turning extra evil tonight

(Stays on topic to save my ass from getting kicked xD)

Few kids in our school came in uniform as they believe all the money went into buying AK47's and tanks for wars. So by wearing non-uniform you was helping murder innocent people.

No, no schools around here do anything like that, but I know about it because a few of my friends were saying how they donated a pretty large sum of money to the cause today. It's a great idea, helps a lot of people in Africa. They can live on like, $1USD a day.

We had an announcement about it in school but sadly I'm sure it had no affect on 99.99 percent of our student body.
