referral script time it runs?

I've had at least 10 members say they signed up through my referral link to get +rep, and I only have 7 on there, and one member said he did 5, and i know a few friends from real life did some...and they all say non activated and its been over a day since i got one -_-

they add the referrals at a certain time each day . i made 6 accounts last night and it only sais one referral. also if you want to make referrals for yourself use http://10minutemail.com/10MinuteMail/index.html
