Renders for use in graphics. :o

    an actual render is an image in which someone has gone into PS and, with a pen tool, has taken the background out of the image, so all your left with is the focus of the image. This is what I was talking about, sorry if i confused you

    Not really. Fractal renders are kind of like c4d renders. Just set it to screen, liner dodge or whatever to get rid of the black, leaving you with just the fractal to work with.

    Those are just really weird looking fractals.

    Or you can just render it as a transparent PNG, which I can do if you need it. :eek:

    Also, you can use the magic wand tool, just click on the black, and press delete. :]

    And renders are TYPICALLY 3D graphics, that have been rendered for use in photoshop...

    But mine aren't 3D, mine are fractal. ;)

    some renders are 3d, many are also just pics that dont hafta be 3d, and with the magic wand it only takes out the part of the background which is cutoff by the pic and is left alone, so with a fractal that would take years
