    Umm, I'm trying to transfer some NP...is there any items that are found in shops that are 99k that are really ETS?

    If it can be different items, here is a small list of ETS stamps that go from buyable to unbuyable quite often

    Cactopus Cream. Takes some searching, but they are ets and some people do price them at a buyable price.

    The problem with petpet paintbrushes is that only collectors and people actually looking to paint their petpets buy them. The average Neopian is occupied enough with their account and painting their pets, without also painting their petpets. (In other words, I wouldn't say they were ETS.)

    Buy at 105k, sell for 99,999 np. Um. Psellias Fighting Fan can be pretty easily bought + sold for ~50k.
