    Introduction
Ok, so I noticed newer members sometimes didn't know they had to unzip the files. Here, I'm gonna put up some programs you can do so. Oh, and these are all freeware :)

    1. Zipeg

This is one of my favorite unzippers because it is nice and simple. It's a powerful browser and viewer that can read just about any imaginable compressed file you would need, and it supports Mac!

    Download Beta (version 1.3)

Download for Mac (Tiger and Leopard)

    2. ZipItFree

This is the one I use. It's a bit more advanced, still free so that you can create archives too! It supports less files than Zipeg though. Files supported: ACE, ARC, BH, BZip, CAB, GZIP, JAR, LHA, RAR, TAR, UUE, XXE, ZIP,Zoo, & Archive Stream

    Download (Windows Only)

    3. ExtractNow

This one is also compatible with a ton of compressed files.

    4. 7-Zip

i see the blinky thing at most once a month
you don't see it if you're just extracting/compressing
only if you open the whole program up on accident or something

I used to use WinRAR, but then I started using Zipeg and now 7Zip. 7Zip is good :)...in my opinion, can match WinRAR (turn into LossRAR)
