Restock Items

This is an incredibly dumb question and I'm embarrassed for not knowing , but what is the highest rarity item that stocks in shops?

I thought it was r99, but I've read some stuff lately that contradicts that. I know retired items are r180 and don't stock, and that artifacts are r200 and don't stock (other than hidden tower), but I'm confused as to what stocks in normal shops.

All items with a rarity up to 100 are sold in the neopets shops. The lower the rarity of the item is, the more often the item will appear at shop restocks. Items with a rarity that is very high, will not appear very often.
Food items with a rarity 90-100 can be used for the Gourmet Club.
All items between rarity 101-179 are not sold in shops, but are gotten in special ways like random events, Lenny Conundrum prizes etc.
Rarity 180 means that the item is retired and cannot be gotten in any way anymore, not in shops or elsewhere.
Items with a rarity of 200 are sold at the Hidden Tower.
Items with rarity 240 are retired items from the Hidden Tower. They used to be sold there, but now they aren't sold there anymore.
