SCHOOL - The Discussion 8)

Thought I'd get a board up about the new school year, which for many of you, has recently started =S

This board is for you to post your thoughts, goals, anxiety, and more about the school year.

 

I have had three quizzes these past two days alone, so anxiety is the keyword for me, that's for sure. College is still so much better than highschool it's unbelievable.

 

Have an A-hole for geography professor.
Doesn't show up for his own damn class.
Says read few chapters when the book is not available.
I want to drop it but can't.
T_T

 

ZZZ" > Well I started school today, year 8 (not little year 7s anymore ) and had a teacher go on about my
shoes..¬¬" She made a bunch of the kids with wrong shoes wait an hour for her to do her business then she comes
back saying that we've wasted an hour of our time which will be earned back after school. I mean, does it
take an HOUR and a couple of minutes to phone home? No. We were standing in the reception area looking
like right prats. :lol: What a waste of our learning time.
It was quite fun looking at all the new year 7s tho.

 

Ugh, I wish I felt that way. College stresses me out like crazy and I actually miss high school. Not the work part, of course, the socializing part. But college certainly makes me wish I made more of my high school experience than I did.

I HATE SCHOOL (not really the concept but all the work ...junior year is evil)
calculus and chemistry quizzes tomorrow

school's been in for a week and already I've had a calculus quiz, two chemistry quizzes, a statistics quiz, and a physics quiz...that's six in one week

 

barely my first week already have to read a whole book and write a paper on it after -_- i hate college

 

hehe, my school year has nearly ended ^^;
I've got my external exams soon, I'm doing IGCSE/AS exams T_T. wish me luck? lol

Good luck to you guys on your tests. they always give you heaps at the start of the year to gauge your ability and stuff

 

Ugh school. Sometimes I hate school, but its ok. Started this Sunday, and I've gotten at least 20 pages of homework to do, have to write an entire 350 word essay on cell phones.

 

THe mold in half my classes make me sick

 

I was really nervous about school starting, but I like my schedule, and its pretty much back to the mundane

people are mean at your school? or just annoying

 

maybe they'll have to shut it down for cleaning

 

I never thought I'd say this, but I really miss school. I had a bad freshman year and now I'm taking a semester off... I'm thinking about going to culinary in the winter but I'm not sure yet.

I miss it-- I'm bored and almost envious of those that went back to school. I feel so left out. ):

 

Yea, I thought about taking a year off after high school, but I talked to some people who did that, and they said they wish they hadnt

 

Meh, dont, lol. Put up with them, but you'll be better off for it in the long run ^^
