    Very simple :)

    1. Download and unzip OCX FILES

    2. Open Windows Explorer if it already hasn't been XD

    3. Go to directory: (Start Menu\My Computer\)C:\Windows\System32

4a. For WinXP or older: Start menu -> Select Run -> Type in: "regsvr32 [*ocx name*].ocx" (without the quotes, replace wildcats [*] with OCX).

4b. For Vista or newer: Start menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right-click CMD/Command Prompt, select Run as Administrator, Type in: "regsvr32 *ocx name*.ocx" (without the quotes, replace wildcats [*] with OCX).

    5. Popup should say "DllRegisterServer in *.ocx succeeded"

    Extract OCX Files
Open the downloaded file with winrar(or similar software)and extract the contents wherever you want(make note of the location to which you extract).

Put the files in your system32 folder (Vista or newer 64-bit users should also add them to their SysWow64 folder)
Copy the extracted file(in this case mswinscn.osx) to c:\windows\system32.

For WinXP or older: Start menu -> Select Run -> Type in: "regsvr32 *ocx name*.ocx" (without the quotes).
Start->run->Type in "regsvr32 mswinscn.osx"(without quotes and in this case) and press ok if windows asks for confirmation.

For Vista or newer: Start menu -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Right-click CMD/Command Prompt, select Run as Administrator, Type in: "regsvr32 *ocx
    name*.ocx" (without the quotes).
    Follow the above explained step.

Popup should say "DllRegisterServer in *.ocx succeeded"

I suck at explaining..hope you understand!!

Feel free to ask if you cant figure it out!!

oops Lightning beat me to it!
