Scratchcard Reference Guide

i went searching around and i realised that theres no info guide to the scratchcards here. so here goes. oh and disclaimer: this was done based on reference to websites like neopian world, neoextreme, ppt and jellyneo.

There are 3 scratchcard kiosks in neopia. Their locations should be pretty self-explanatory from the names, so i shall not erm. state the obvious. But here they are:
- Ice Caves Kiosk
- Deserted Fairground Kiosk
- Lost Desert Kiosk

From each scratchcard kiosk a unique set of scrathcards can be purchased (based on a random draw by the website), and each scratchcard, in turn, has its own unique set of prizes. They are sorted below based on rarity, and potential prizes are listed beneath each one.

Ice Caves:

- A 'magical' snowball
- A quiggle plushie.

- Terror Trove Scratchcard
- Nothing
- 5000 np
- 10000 np
- A 'magical' snowball

- Grants your pet a level up

- Faerie's Fortune Scratchcard
- Nothing
- 5000 np
- 10000 np
- A 'magical' snowball
- A rare negg
- Grants your pet a level up

- Peak o' Plenty Scratchcard
- Nothing
- 10000 np
- 50000 np
- A 'magical' snowball
- A rare negg
- Grants your pet a level up

- Icetravaganza Scratchcard
- Nothing
- 10000 np
- 50000 np
- A rare negg
- Grants your pet a level up
- The jackpot! (usually millions of np)

Deserted Fairground:
(Note: The symbols used on all these scratchcard depict death, doom, bats, and other symbols of a painful and otherwise undeserving end to your life. A legend can be found below to understand these evil symbols.)

A bat - 1000 np
A worm-thing - 5000 np
A skull - 10000 np
A bone - 3 spooky foods
A gravestone - Evil snowballs
A spider - Grants your pet a level up
Halloween jubjub - A blood grub, nimmo finger, moehug skull or melting mirror
A candy corn classic-shaped character - The jackpot!
The object not listed here (i have noooo idea how to describe that thing.) - A mutant plushie.

*All the cards have a chance of winning each prize. There will thus be no individual listing of the prizes for each card.

From personal experience, it is fairly easy to win an np prize from the race to riches. I have yet to try the more expensive scratchcards due to lack of np. :roll: A personal preference would be to scratch the circles in a cross shape, then my last scratch would be a random circle. It will not win for every scratchcard, but i have won quite alot of np by scratching in this manner. It's your own preference as to how you would like to scratch though. There's no saying how it would turn out :roll:

Are the deserted fairgrounds scratchcards a good investment?

I usually buy from the terror mountain and sell those and make like 50 points on a common scratch card..

ive been considering buying an icetravaganza scratchcard.. are the odds of scratching a jackpot better than... lets say... scratching 10000 on a race to riches... cuz if so, it seems ud need to scratch 20 icetravaganzas to get lucky.. has anyone won the JP b4?
