I'm just going to keep a log of my zaps and the cost it would have taken through dubs and codestones to calculate the break even point. Totals will be by cheapest method possible. Using this: http://www.sunnyneo.com/battledome/calculator.php Spoiler Oct 8/09 Day 1: +5 HP 5 1-dub coins/20 hrs = 13.5k @ 2.7k/dub 5 codes/10 hrs = 19k @ 3.8k/code avg TOTAL: 13.5k LAB COST: 752k-13.5k = 738.5k Oct 9/09 Day 2: -2 DEF ...erm. not going to factor this in until next time I get a + def zap, in which case I will subtract this from that zap and then calculate the training cost. LAB COST: STILL 738.5k Oct 10/09 Day 2: -2 LEV ...erm. not going to factor this in until next time I get a + lev zap, in which case I will subtract this from that zap and then calculate the training cost. LAB COST: STILL 738.5k Oct 11/09 Day 2: GENDER LAB COST: STILL 738.5k Oct 12/09 Day 2: -2 MOV LAB COST: STILL 738.5k Oct 15/09+3 STR[/color] LAB COST: STILL 738.5k Totals: +5 HP -2 DEF -2 LEV -2 MOV x1 GENDER This is sort of more for informational purposes/note-to-self sort of thing. If you post anything like "oh good idea" or "wow that's cool" or "i bet you'll save alot of nps" your post will be considered spam. :yup: ...bah forget this, I didn't record my starting stats -_-
I believe Phee is going to set out to see if it is or not through her own testing. Thus the topic being made.
In the long run it will always be worthit, the str+hp gain will easily succeed 200+ (4k per stone = 800k cost of lab) Therefore it's time that is the problem. However simultaneous training is the best technique B)
Bought my complete lab map for 90k in 2002. My pet is lvl 13, 1291hp, 326str, 73def, all from the lab. I would hate to calculate how much I've saved these past 7 years... I can only imagine how much higher my pet would be had i actually gone to the labray every day for 7 yeras...
Hey American, long time no see. I bought lab for my former main for 90k too, overpaid by around 15k at the time. Of course I know that the lab is worth it, I just want to see how long it will take to get to the break even point. Two months? Six months? A year?
