SELLING CHEAP NEOPOINTS/PETS/ACCOUNTS!!!

Well, if you were looking to buy some cheap stuff, then maybe you should've read the rules more carefully. No buying/selling outside the Blackmarket (access is to the BM is granted to Level 1+ members). This is to prevent scamming, which is exactly what happened just a few days ago here. Someone was scammed out of 160 USD, not exactly chump change (unless you're Billy).
