....And when it arrived, the thing's tail was in shreds. I glued it back together, but I need suggestions, because it is coming apart again as i write this. No, I am not sending it back, because I am already emotionally attached to the plushie. I need to know what I should do to fix it. (Sorry if this is in the wrong section, I didn't have a clue where else to put this.)

You're "Emotionally attached" to the plushie? Are you kidding me?

Send it back. I you say no because of this "emotional attachment", you have more serious problems than a messed up plushie.

I apologize for saying that. It's more that I don't want to pay return postage. (I live in Wisconsin, the person I bought it from is in Hawaii.)

No need to apologize, I'm just trying to offer a realistic solution.

If you bought it on eBay, you have buyer protection. If they sent the item and it was torn, the seller has to pay for shipping and replacement.

I'm only out six dollars, anyway. Besides, it'll look great if I just don't touch it. Stupid oily fingers. Sorry I asked.

Fly to Hawaii and rip the seller's tail off.

...or just patch the tail with some fabric.

Say it didn't arrive, and do a charge back or something.

Companies need some karma for sending out broken plushies.

Probably illegal though, so disregard that :/
