so my bro and i finally achieved an ip ban from neo :yup: no applause please B) :funky: and i was wondering if neo lifts the ban after like a certain amount of time like 6 months or something? cuz i'm kinda bored and cheating little 8 year olds out of their money was kinda the highlight of my day usually...

I doubt they would. If they do, it would be a pretty long time.

Best bet would be to change your IP.

Just use a proxy from now on. Find one that works really well, go into your internet settings, and voila. No IP ban.

They lifted my IP ban after about four months.

But i'll let you in on a little secret... log in on a proxy, then turn it off... Browsing speed will be slow while you have the proxy on, but it'll let you sign on... and after that, you're free to browse neo as long as you don't sign off (then you'll have to turn the proxy on and sign back on). You can stay signed on forever just so long as you don't clear your cookies, sign off, or sign onto the same account on a difference computer or whatever. :D

There is another way. *Piano sounds- tun Tun TUUUNN!*
    1.Go to Network Connections
2.Right click the Connection you have
    3.click properties
    4.Double click "Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)"
5.Click "use the following IP address"
    6.Put in random numbers
    7. Click OK.
8.click the second OK or close. DO NOT CLICK THE "X" Close Button!!!
    10.Repeat steps 1-4
11.click obtain an ip address automatically
    12.repeat step 8
    13.No More ip ban.
    Thank you for listening.

You should use proxies even if you aren't IP banned. It just saves you a lot of inconvenience. If you didn't cheat that bad on the IP, they will release you pretty fast. If you did cheat bad, they will lower a perm ban on that IP.

Mine was lifted after 3 months. I guess it depends on what you were IP banned for.

Certain internet connections will allocate a new IP to you if you just switch your modem off at the power for a while. Not all, but it's worth a try. Just switch it off over night.

If you have DSL like I do, usually you can just unplug your modem for about 30 seconds and then replug it in and it'll give you a new IP. That's how I get away with abing so long without having to use a proxy. I just reset the modem for a new IP everytime I want to log back into my main account. It's worked for years. =)

Lol, I just got IP banned again. Fail. :X:

Anyways, I just used a fricken account activator without proxy support, and they caught me with multiple accounts.

    If your using windows:
    1.start
    2.Run
    3.Cmd
    4. ipconfig /release (in its own command line. Click enter)
    5. piconfig /renew (in its own command line. Click enter)

i think that method only work for some, but not everyone can use this...
depends on your ISP, and modem and so on...

if this doesn't work for you ceneret0023, try using the above method and unplug your modem and leave it overnight
