Not sure how relevant this is but I could not use igloo last night, it was because the site was down or something I believe. I can use now though, GL solving

    Somewhere, lah.
If you tried it yesterday, then the simple answer is,
    The auth system was down.

If it's your antivirus, double click on the AVG icon found in your task bar.

    Go to
Tools -> Advanced Settings -> Resident Shield -> Exceptions

Once in Exceptions, add the path that contains the folder that has Igloo ABer within.

Give that a shot, hopefully that'll work

Umm, when it says, "Navigating Login", it's going to login page. You're getting stuck on the process of loading the login lol...o_O.

Do you have any more anti-virus programs, .NET Framework installed (shouldn't be the problem), correct user and pass.

Maybe, you might want to try Run As Admin or in Compatibility mode. Sometimes, programs that are just stubborn work in that :p

Yeah it says navigating screen, but then it just stays like that (and then the login button becomes clickable after a couple seconds)

I have Windows Vista so .NET Framework shouldn't be a problem :x

and i'm positive my username/password is correct (double checked like 10 times)

hm run as admin on compatibility mode ? how do you do that o_o

For run as admin, just right click the icon and you'll see it.

For compatibility, right-click --> Properties. Compatibility tab...

I don't think that should be your problem, although it may be worth a try...

It may be Neopets updated their login :|; I'll check if I can login.

Works for me man, has it ever worked for you? I thought I had a problem this morning, it started out not working and I logged on this site and tried again and it worked, I don't see why what I did would have helped and it was probably a coincidence, but it can't hurt to try :yup:
