So, who caught the lab map piece from Tarla today?

    That was some of the best luck I've had in a long time... and here I thought all Tarla did was give me 50 np trash.

    Missed it. She gave me some crappy junk all the times before. I figured it wouldn't be any different this time xD . But it was T_T

    It did. It's like 8k now. In fact, a lot of the lab map pieces seem to be... really cheap now. I'm thinking there's been some serious price deflation, because two and a half years ago when I played last every piece was somewhere near 150k. Today I searched and found half the map going for 60k or under, with the Tarla piece at 8k. Go stock up I guess.

    Edit; I could totally be wrong about the 150k thing. My memory gets spastic about this kind of stuff. Sort of like I remember leaving half a million neopoints on my account and I come back to find I have none... oh, and a SDB full of retired year 8 advent calendar crap...

    Well actually, one lab map piece has inflated quite a bit. A while ago I could've bought it from a shop, and now people are buying them for 150k+ . The best part is that I got that piece playing KQ on Monday :D

    Tarla is basically another giveaway that TNT has everyday at a random time. When she comes, people who have the neopets toolbar will see a light flashing, which means Tarla is there. Tarla gives out free items, usually they're not so good though. Once the light flashes, you have about two minutes to click and get the freebie. After that, she's gone until tomorrow.

    I find it kinda stupid to just sit at your computer all day and wait for a stupid toolbar to light up for Neopets. Just cheat? Maybe somebody should make like an auto-Tarla-er or something like that :p.

    Lol, people don't sit around all day waiting for it to flash. It's a toolbar, so when you're just browsing the web and you see it flash, you just click it. It is fairly obvious when it starts to flash.

    It ain't worth the download imo, such an annoying waste of space just to be alerted when there is junk given out. If it's good, it's usually posted on the boards.

    Then again, I don't use any toolbars. I like maximum viewing of the page, that kind of junk takes up a lot of room. I also customized it so my Back, Forward, Reload, Cancel, Home are next to my bookmarks as well; then my url and search bar are next to the file, edit, view, history, bookmarks, tools, help row thingy.

    I think at this point about 4 or 5 pieces of the lab map are dirt cheap, comparatively, and the rest are.... "HOLY SHITE!!! WHY?!" AKA: about 100-150k a piece. I'm just guessing.

    I use opera as my main browser. I use firefox for neopets and anything neopets related (and anything that won't operate on opera...).

    This pretty much solves the issue of wasting space that cackle brought up.
